CABO CITRUS CALCULATOR OFFER AND SWEEPSTAKES (the “Promotion”)

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD: Promotion begins at 12:00:00 P.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 21, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on March 17, 2026. Offer available only while supplies last. See section 3 for Offer details. Administrator’s clock shall be the official clock of the Promotion.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are legal United States residents residing in one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of primary residence (19 in NE and AL). The following persons are not eligible to participate or win: employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Pepsi-Cola Company (“Sponsor”) and its bottlers, or any of the subsidiaries and affiliated companies of the preceding companies, or any of their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, administrators, representatives, parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, as well as the participating retailers, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Promotion (collectively “Sponsor and Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members of such Sponsor and Promotion Parties (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent; whether biological, adopted, step or in-law) and those living in living in their same households (defined as those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Promotion).

3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, go to www.BajaCaboCitrusCalculator.com and follow the on-screen instructions for submitting an entry. Entry will include providing your name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, entering in a number of weeks between 0-37 since you last drank a Mountain Dew Baja Cabo Citrus, and agreeing to the Official Rules (an “Entry”). Each completed Entry gives participant one (1) Offer, while supplies last, and one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes Drawing. See below for Offer details.

Limit of one (1) Entry per person/email address/household throughout the Promotion Period.

OFFER: Each Offer consists of between one (1) and thirty-seven (37) digital coupons, each good for one (1) free Mountain Dew Baja Cabo Citrus 20oz bottle. Participant will receive one coupon for each week submitted as part of their Entry. No more than thirty-seven (37) coupons will be awarded per person/email address/household, Offer will be delivered via an email with URL links included in it (one for each coupon) within 2-3 weeks of participation. Instructions for use of coupons are within each link. Restrictions may apply, Approximate Retail Value of each coupon: $4.00. There are 15,000 coupons available. Once the 15,000 coupons are redeemed or at 11:59:59 p.m. ET 3/17/26 (whichever comes first) no more Offers will be issued. Once Offers are exhausted, participants will receive only one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes Drawing.

If it is suspected that a participant used multiple email accounts or manipulated their contact information, for the purpose of obtaining more than one (1) Entry, such persons will be disqualified and all of their Entries shall be deemed invalid and any Offer to be awarded to them will be forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or in violation of these Official Rules will be void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a participant, participant will be deemed the individual named on the email address submitted with the Entry, and such individuals must meet all eligibility requirements set forth herein and otherwise comply with these Official Rules. In the event of non-compliance with any requirements specified herein, Entry will be void.

When you submit an Entry in the Promotion via a mobile device, standard data rates may apply according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. A mobile device is not required to enter.

4. PRIZES: Seven (7) Grand Prizes will be awarded, consisting of $10,000, awarded in the form of a check. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: 10,000.00. Total ARV of all Grand Prizes: $70,000.00. Grand Prize winners will be responsible for any and all arrangements should they choose to use the Grand Prize to travel. All Grand Prizes will be awarded.

Taxes: Sweepstakes Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the Sweepstakes Prize and will be issued an IRS Form 1099 in January of 2027 reporting the value of the Sweepstakes Prize.

Sweepstakes Winners are advised to consult their tax advisor prior to executing the Affidavit of Eligibility and accepting the Sweepstakes Prize to ensure they understand any tax implications that may affect them.

5. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING: Potential Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about 3/18/26. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator whose decisions shall be final. Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person/email address/household.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by email and/or phone at the email address and/or phone number provided upon Entry within approximately two (2) days of the drawing date (the “Winner Notification”). Potential winners will be required to respond as directed in their Winner Notification within seventy-two (72) hours to Sponsor or its representative sending the Winner Notification, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor and Promotion Parties are not responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless service or a change in the entrant’s telephone number or email address, which may result in a potential winner not receiving the Winner Notification. Once potential winner responds as directed in the Winner Notification, the potential winner will be sent a Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law) and Affidavit of Eligibility and a W9 (together the “Prize Clam Documents”) to be signed and returned within the number of days indicated on the Prize Claim Documents. Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes and related expenses on the prize and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the Grand Prize. In the event (i) the potential winner fails to respond to the Winner Notification as directed within seventy-two (72) hours; (ii) any required Prize Claim Documents are not returned within the indicated number of days; (iii) winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, (iv) winner is determined to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or (v) Winner Notification, Prize Claim Documents or prize itself is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes will only be delivered to eligible winners, as indicated within these Official Rules.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and Promotion Parties assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of Entries at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or the Website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or land line phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or download of any materials in the Promotion or from the Website. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all Offers and the Sweepstakes Drawing, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining Offers or Grand Prizes (up to the total set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor, such as by way of example and not by way of limitation, in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment, and Sponsor shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Promotion. Sponsor may modify and amend these Official Rules as they may appear online from time to time during the Promotion for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion.

8. RELEASES: By participating in the Promotion, participants release Sponsor and Promotion Parties, prize suppliers, and each of their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising/promotion agencies, and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, successors and assigned (collectively the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property (including negligence and damages of any kind, including invasion of privacy (under appropriate intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation or right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury) which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry, creation of an Entry or or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, acceptance, possession, attendance at, defect in, delivery of, inability to use, ownership or use or misuse of any prize awarded, and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of Entry, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize. Each winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Except where prohibited by law, each winner grants to Sponsor and Promotion Parties and their respective designees the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, the winner’s name, address, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor and Promotion Parties.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of New York without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Any personal information provided in connection with participation in the Promotion shall be subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://contact.pepsico.com/mtndew/privacy-policy.

10. CONDUCT: By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the Entry process or the operation of the Promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND ITS AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
